Resolution No 403 of Nessebar municipal council confirms a plan of population safety and protection in cases of disasters.

The plan consists of 10 sections which cover the actions taken in cases of:

• Thunderstorms

• Car accidents

• Blizzards and avalanches

• Floods

• Fires

• Industrial poisoning and poison matters

• Increased radioactivity

• Windspout, gale and strong winds

• Landslips

• Earthquakes

• Population protection signals and warnings
